TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

These Terms govern your access to and use of the RMR website and participation in Role Model Revolution. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18+ or have parental consent (16+). All users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
2. Contestant Participation: Selection is via industry-standard casting.Votes purchased by the audience determine the winner. Travel to filming locations is not covered unless otherwise specified.
3. Content You Provide: By submitting content (photos, videos, bio), you grant us and our partners a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, promote, and distribute your content for production and marketing.
4. Prohibited Use: You agree not to: Post false, offensive, or infringing content. Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations. Use RMR for spam, scams, or unauthorized solicitations.
5. Payments: Votes are non-refundable. Fraudulent transactions will result in vote removal and account deletion. Legal action may follow for malicious or repeat offenders.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms or compromise the platform’s integrity.
7. Limitation of Liability: RMR is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees of success or outcome and are not liable for user-generated content or external site links.
8. Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be governed by Texas law. Legal action will be taken in Harris County, Texas.
POSTING POLICY & GUIDELINES
To maintain a safe, inclusive environment, RMR prohibits:
Violence & Threats: No physical harm or threats.
Self-Harm: Content promoting self-injury, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
Bullying/Harassment: No hateful targeting based on race, gender, sexuality, or identity.
Hate Speech: No discriminatory or extremist content.
Nudity/Pornography: No explicit content or graphic nudity.
Impersonation: Contestants must use real identities.
Infringement: Respect copyrights and trademarks.
Security Violations: No phishing, scams, or attempts to compromise user privacy.
